OUR POLICIES

If you have any questions about these policies, feel free to reach out before booking. We’re here to serve with integrity, clarity, and creativity.

Payment Methods

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront before any design work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.

​

  • Payments can be made via [insert payment method: PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.].

Projects

  • Projects are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed contract and a deposit are required to reserve your spot on the schedule.

​

  • Upon starting a project communication will be conducted via email for documentation and clarity. Please allow 2–4 business days for responses.

Revisions

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions (usually 1–2 rounds, depending on the package).

​

  • Additional revisions will be billed at $20 per change. It encourage that by the second consolation your ideas aer solidified.

  • Specific and clear feedback is appreciated to help us move forward efficiently.

Copyright & Ownership 

  • Covenant Design Studio retains rights to all original concepts and drafts.

​

  • Final designs become the property of the client once the project is paid in full.

​

  • We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Delivery and Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times vary based on project scope and will be outlined in your custom proposal.​

​

  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

 

  • Delays in client feedback, content submission, or payment may result in a revised timeline.

Faith-Foward Disclaimer

  • While Covenant Design Studio is built on Christian values, we joyfully serve clients of all backgrounds. We kindly reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with the studio’s values (e.g. hate speech, explicit content, or projects that promote harm).

Cancellation & Refund

  • If the client chooses to cancel the project after booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • If the studio must cancel  or delay a project for any unforeseen reason, you will be contacted to discuss plans. 

​

  • Projects inactive for more than 15 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to termination without refund.
